Agreement specifying the procedures of the interexchange carrier group

1.

The Commission received an application by MTS Communications Inc. (MTS), dated 26 November 2002, for approval of the executed Agreement Specifying the Procedures of the Interexchange Carrier Group (the agreement) between MTS and Navigata Communications Inc. (Navigata).

The proposed agreement sets out the terms and conditions under which MTS will provide equal access interconnection to Navigata, as well as the role and responsibilities of MTS' Carrier Services Group in relation to the interconnection of facilities between MTS' and Navigata's networks.

3.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

4.

The Commission approves MTS' application.
