Online tariffs service

1.

The Commission received an application by MTS Communications Inc. (MTS), dated 15 November 2002, to revise General Tariff item 350, Tariff Subscription Service, in order to add a publicly-available no-charge service via Internet at www.mts.ca, as a replacement for its tariff subscription (paper subscription) service.

MTS submitted that its proposal for its online tariff service is consistent with the guidelines set out by the Commission in Order CRTC 2000-552, 16 June 2000.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

4.

The Commission approves MTS's application with the following changes: MTS is directed to retain General Tariff item 350.3.B and to continue to provide the paper subscription service to existing customers for a period of six months from the approved effective date of the application.

5.

The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.
