Interconnection agreement between local exchange carriers

1.

The Commission received an application by Microcell Telecommunications Inc., dated 31 March 2003, for approval of the Master Agreement for Local Interconnection (the agreement) between Microcell Connexions Inc. (Microcell) and Globility Communications Corporation (Globility).

2.

The proposed agreement sets out the terms and conditions for the provision of local interconnection facilities and termination service between Microcell's and Globility's networks.

3.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

4.

The Commission approves Microcell Telecommunications Inc.'s application.
