Bell Canada

Internet dial minutes service

1.

The Commission received an application by Bell Canada filed on behalf of Bell Nexxia Inc. on 27 January 2003, to add General Tariff item 7001, Internet Dial Minutes Service, in order to comply with Regulatory safeguards with respect to incumbent affiliates, bundling by Bell Canada and related matters, Telecom Decision CRTC 2002-76, 12 December 2002.

The new service is a "pay as you go" network access based service which delivers Internet dial access to customers for the purpose of resale to their end users.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

Bell Canada provided an imputation test in support of the proposed tariff revisions.

5.

The Commission is satisfied that the proposed tariff revisions meet the imputation test.

6.

The Commission approves Bell Canada's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.
