Bell Canada

Reference: Tariff Notice 6709

Lease of channels

1.

The Commission received an application by Bell Canada, dated 18 November 2002, to revise Special Facilities Tariff items F16(m) and F16(n), Intermediate Frequency Channels for Television Transmission, in order to reduce the number of required uni-directional Intermediate Frequency Quadrature Amplitude Modulated channels from 13 to 10.

In its application, Bell Canada also proposed to integrate item F16(n) into item F16(m) to capture the Ontario and Quebec locations under one item.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

The Commission approves Bell Canada's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.
