Migration of the asymmetrical digital subscriber line access service tariff

1.

The Commission received an application by Aliant Telecom Inc. (Aliant Telecom), dated 14 February 2003, to migrate the asymmetrical digital subscriber line access services tariffs of Island Telecom Inc., Maritime Tel & Tel Limited, NBTel Inc. and NewTel Communications Inc. to Aliant Telecom General Tariff item 622.

Aliant Telecom submitted that the proposed migration would have no impact on the rates, terms and conditions of the tariffs and the revisions were for migration purposes only.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

4.

The Commission approves Aliant Telecom's application. The revisions take effect as of 1 May 2003.
