Interconnection agreement for the provision of 9-1-1 service

1.

The Commission received an application by TELUS Communications Inc. (TCI), dated 3 February 2003, for approval of the executed Interconnection Agreement for the Provision of 9-1-1 Service (the agreement) to Northwestel Inc. between TCI and Northwestel Inc. (Northwestel).

The proposed agreement sets out the terms and conditions governing the relationship between TCI and Northwestel with respect to interconnection with TCI's 9-1-1 service for the purpose of providing access to the 9-1-1 service to Northwestel's customers of the Peace River Regional District.

3.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

4.

The Commission approves TCI's application.
