Basic listing interchange file service provisions

1.

The Commission received an application by O.N.Telcom, dated 30 January 2003, to introduce item 310, Basic Listing Interchange File Service, to its Access Services Tariff for Interconnection with Interexchange Carriers.

2.

The basic listing interchange file service provisions set out the terms and conditions governing the provision of information to independent directory publishers for the sole purpose of publishing telephone directories and to alternate operator service providers for the sole purpose of providing directory assistance.

3.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

4.

The Commission approves O.N.Telcom's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.

5.

O.N.Telcom is to issue revised tariff pages forthwith to reflect these changes.
