Interconnection agreement between a competitive local exchange carrier and an interexchange carrier

1.

The Commission received an application by Call-Net Enterprises Inc. on behalf of Call-Net Communications Inc. (Call-Net), dated 31 January 2003, for approval of the executed Master Agreement for Competitive Local Exchange Carrier-Interexchange Carrier Interconnection (the agreement) between Call-Net and Bell West Inc. (Bell West).

The proposed agreement sets out the terms and conditions for the provision of interconnection facilities and termination service between Call-Net's and Bell West's networks.

3.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

4.

The Commission approves Call-Net's application.
