Message-Net service

1.

The Commission received an application by Aliant Telecom Inc. (Aliant Telecom), dated 29 January 2003, to revise NBTel Special Services Tariff item 5065.1, Message-Net Service, in order to reduce the per minute mailbox access rate for customers with more than 10,000 mailboxes, from $0.08 to $0.06.

The Message-Net service allows customers in New Brunswick to access their voice mailboxes in order to use the features of the voice mailbox.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

4.

The Commission approves Aliant Telecom's application. The revision takes effect as of the date of this order.
