Aliant Telecom Inc.

Datalink service


The Commission received an application by Aliant Telecom Inc. (Aliant Telecom), dated 12 November 2002, to revise Maritime Tel & Tel Limited General Tariff item 4050, Datalink Service, in order to remove Datalink service from its tariff.


In its application, Aliant Telecom submitted that the Datalink service is no longer required and that there are no customers subscribing to this service.


The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.


The Commission approves Aliant Telecom's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.
