  Further to its Broadcasting Notice of Public Hearing CRTC 2003-8 dated 21 August 2003 relating to a Public Hearing which will be held on 20 October 2003 at 9:30 a.m., at the Conference Centre, Portage IV, 140 Promenade du Portage, Gatineau, Quebec, the Commission announces the following:
  THE FOLLOWING ITEM IS AMENDED AND THE CHANGES ARE IN BOLD
  ITEM 14
  Grand Centre (Cold Lake), Alberta
Application No. 2003-0536-9 (e)
  Application by 3937844 Canada Inc. (subsidiary of NewCap Inc.) to convert radio station CJCM Grand Centre (Cold Lake) from the AM band to the FM band.
  The new station would operate on frequency 95.3 MHz (channel 237C1) with a non directional antenna, effective radiated power of 100,000 watts (and effective antenna height of 155 metres).
