  Further to its Broadcasting Notice of Public Hearing CRTC 2003-11, 2003-11-1, 2003-11-2 dated 18 and 23 December 2003, and 30 January 2004 relating to a Public Hearing which will be held on 16 February 2004 at 9:30 a.m., at the Congress Center, 900 Honoré-Mercier Avenue, Québec, Quebec, the Commission announces the following:
  At the applicant's  request the following items are withdrawn

Application Nos. 2003-1354-4; 2003-1356-0; 2003-1357-8; 2003-1358-6; 2003-1359-4; 2003-1360-2; 2003-1361-9; 2003-1362-7
  Applications by ASTRAL RADIO INC. ("Astral Radio") and by PAUL-ÉMILE BEAULNE, on behalf of 2964-2097 QUÉBEC INC. ("2964") and various corporations to be incorporated, for authority to acquire the assets of certain AM radio programming undertakings in Quebec held by Astral Radio and the assets of station CFOM-FM held by Entreprises Radio Etchemin inc. ("Radio Etchemin").
