Re: Call-Net Enterprises Inc.'s 6 October 2003 Part VII application regarding Bell Canada and TELUS DSL Marketing

TELUS Communications Inc. (TELUS) is requested to file its responses to the following questions as soon as possible but no later than 5 January 2004, serving a copy on the other parties by that date. The documents are to be received, and not merely sent, by 5 January 2004.

In its submissions dated 28 October 2003 in the above-named proceeding, TELUS stated at paragraph 22:
"A trial implementation of stand-alone DSL is scheduled for December 2003 in Vancouver. The results from this trial implementation will inform the wider implementation of the service, in TELUS' territory, during the course of 2004."

a) Has the above referenced trial taken place?
b) If the answer to a) is yes, provide the results of the trial.
