Subject: Tariff notices 6769

In accordance with section 33 (1) of the CRTC Telecommunications Rules of Procedure, a person or association may intervene in respect of applications for approval of new or amended tariff pages within 30 days of the filing date.

With reference to the above-mentioned tariff notices (TNs), we hereby acknowledge receipt of your letter of 23 October 2003 in which you ask the Commission to extend the deadline to 3 November 2003 to allow you to comment on the TNs so you will have the opportunity to see how the rules of the Industry Canada Broadband for Rural and Northern Development program have been applied.

The undertaking's proposal to extend the deadline to file an intervention until 3 November 2003 is approved.
