Re: Public Notice CRTC 2003-3 -Retail quality of service rate adjustment plan and related issues - Requests for further responses to interrogatories

This letter amends the process established in PN 2003-3, as modified by the Commission's letter dated 15 July 2003, for further responses to interrogatories by parties to the above-noted proceeding.

Under the current process, any information to be provided with respect to requests for further information was to be filed with the Commission and served on all parties by 7 October 2003. In light of the fact that the Commission's determination has not been conveyed to the parties it is necessary to further amend the process.

Accordingly, parties are not required to file information with the Commission by  7 October 2003. Further process will be established when the Commission's determination is forwarded to parties.

Yours sincerely,

(Original signed by Campbell Laidlaw)
