Subject: Bell Canada Tariff Notice 6747, TELUS Communications Inc. Tariff Notice 111, and Part VII application filed by Call-Net Enterprises Inc. for a review of Compensation per Call

On 14 August 2003, TELUS Communications Inc. (TELUS) indicated that it will only be able to file responses to interrogatories by 2 October instead of the scheduled date of 11 September 2003.

Accordingly, Commission staff hereby issues the following revised process dates for the above-noted proceeding:

1. Parties are to file responses to interrogatories with the Commission, serving copies on all parties, by 2 October 2003.

2.  Requests for further responses to the interrogatories, specifying in each case why a further response is both relevant and necessary, and requests for public disclosure of information for which confidentiality has been claimed, setting out the reasons for disclosure, must be filed with the Commission and served on parties by 14 October 2003.

3.  Written responses to requests for further responses to interrogatories and for public disclosure must be filed with the Commission and served on parties by 21 October 2003.

4.  A determination with respect to requests for disclosure and for further responses will be issued as soon as possible. Any information to be provided pursuant to that determination is to be filed with the Commission and served on parties by 14 November 2003.

5.  Comments may be filed, serving copies on all other parties, by
25 November 2003.

6.  Parties may file replies to any comments, serving copies on all parties who filed comments, by 5 December 2003.

Documents must be actually received, not merely sent by the specified dates.
