Re: Application Pursuant to Section 62 of the Telecommunications Act to Review and Vary Framework for the expansion of local calling areas, Telecom Decision CRTC 2002-56, dated 12 September 2002 and Follow-up proceeding to Telecom Decision CRTC 2002-56 - Foregone toll revenue compensation for expanded local calling areas,Telecom Decision CRTC 2003-27, dated 7 May 2003

Pursuant to the Commission staff letter dated 16 June 2003, concerning the above noted process, Interested Parties had until 11 July 2003 to file their responses to the above application, and the Applicants had until 18 July to file their reply.

L'Union des consommateurs, on 3 July 2003, requested a delay of one week, citing that Mr. Jean Sebastien, one of their staff handling the file, would be outside Canada during the week of 7 July 2003 and unable to meet the above timeframes.

The revised deadlines are hereby accepted and are as follows:

All submissions by Interested Parties and reply submissions by the Applicants are to be filed and served, not merely mailed, by the dates indicated. Parties should also provide an electronic copy of all materials they file.
