Subject: Application by Vidéotron Télécom ltée against Bell Canada and Bell Nexxia Dear Ms. Scott: To assist the Commission to dispose of Vidéotron Télécom ltée's (VTL) application referenced above, further information from Bell Canada is requested. Further to the above, Bell Canada is requested to respond to the following: 1. Given the recent amalgamation of Bell Nexxia into Bell Canada, is the provision of the Fibre Optic Private Network service for the Commission scolaire des Patriotes, referenced above, now being provided by Bell Canada? i) If yes, describe the service now being provided by Bell Canada and fully explain why Bell Canada believes it is or is not required to file a tariff pertaining to the provision of the described service. ii) If no, indicate who is providing the above referenced service. Bell Canada is requested to file its response by Thursday, 19 June 2003. Where a document is to be filed or served by a specific date, it should be actually received, not merely sent, by that date. Yours sincerely,
Paul Godin
