Mr. David Palmer Dear Mr. Palmer: Subject: Bell Canada Tariff Notice 6747 - Compensation Per Call
On 23 April 2003, Bell Canada filed a proposed revision to its Access Services Tariff Item 43 - Compensation Per Call, Tariff Notice 6747 (TN 6747), and included an updated cost study, in confidence, in support of the proposed revised rate. This tariff application is in response to an application filed by Call-Net Enterprises Inc., on behalf of itself and its wholly owned affiliates including Spring Canada Inc. and Call-Net Communications Inc. (Call-Net) on 5 March 2003, pursuant to Part VII of the CRTC Telecommunications Rules of Procedure. On 14 May 2003, Call-Net filed requests for disclosure of information, for which confidentiality had been claimed, setting out its reasons for disclosure. Since the Commission is unable to dispose of TN 6747 within 45 days of the application being filed, the following procedures are established:
1. Written responses to requests for public disclosure must be filed with the Commission
