Sheridan Scott Subject: Application by Vidéotron Télécom ltée against Bell Canada and Bell Nexxia relative to the Provision of Fibre Optic Private Networks Dear Ms. Scott: This letter is with respect to the request for information from the Commission to Bell Canada dated 23 December 2002 and Bell Canada's response to the request contained in Bell(CRTC)23Dec02-1. Further to the above, Bell Canada is to provide a copy of all executed contracts between Bell Nexxia and the Commission scolaire des Patriotes and Bell Canada and the Commission scolaire des Patriotes which relate to the Request for Proposals (RFP) of 11 December 2001, issued by the Commission scolaire des Patriotes. Bell Canada is to file the requested contract(s) by Tuesday, 1 April, 2003.
