Across Canada

Application 2003-0003-8
Temporary management of High School Television Network Inc. by a receiver
1.
The Commission approves the application by SF Partners Inc. for authorization to temporarily manage High School Television Network Inc. (HSTN). HSTN is the licensee of the Category 2 specialty television programming service known as the High School Television Network.
2.
The Commission authorizes SF Partners Inc., as receiver, to continue to operate this undertaking for a period of nine months following the date of this decision, under the same terms and conditions as those of the current licence. SF Partners Inc. will have the exclusive responsibility for the operation of the undertaking during that period.
3.
If SF Partners Inc. decides to assign management of the undertaking to a third party, it must file a management agreement for the Commission's prior approval. However, SF Partners Inc. must continue to retain full responsibility for the undertaking for the duration of the agreement.
4.
Furthermore, any transaction that will result directly or indirectly in a change of ownership of HSTN will require an application for the Commission's prior approval.
