Revocation of licence

1.

Mica Creek Community Club has requested the revocation of its licence for the cable distribution undertaking authorized to serve Mica Creek.

2.

Given the licensee's request, the Commission revokes, pursuant to sections 9(1)(e) and 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the broadcasting licence issued to Mica Creek Community Club for the above-mentioned undertaking.
