FM radio station in Westport area - Technical change

The Commission approves the application by Christian Youth Centre (Kingston), doing business under the name and style of Camp IAWAH to increase the effective radiated power of the radio programming undertaking authorized in Low-power radio station, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2002-208, 29 July 2002, from 0.23 watts to 1.03 watts.

The Commission reminds the licensee that, pursuant to section 22(1) of the Broadcasting Act, this authority will only be effective when the Department of Industry notifies the Commission that its technical requirements have been met, and that a broadcasting certificate will be issued.
