CBPI-FM-1 Waterton Lakes National Park - Licence renewal

1.

The Commission renews the broadcasting licence (Tourist/Weather/Traffic information/Environment Canada) for the radio programming undertaking CBPI-FM-1 Waterton Lakes National Park, from 1 September 2003 to 31 August 2010.

2.

The Commission did not receive any interventions in connection with this application.

3.

The licence will be subject to the conditions specified in the licence to be issued and to the following conditions of licence:
 
  • The station shall be used solely to broadcast natural and cultural history information and up-to-date traffic control reports to park visitors during the summer months.
 
  • The licensee shall not broadcast advertising material.
