Change in ownership

1.

The Commission received an application by Radio CJLS Limited (Radio CJLS) for authority to effect a change in its ownership.

2.

Radio CJLS is the licensee of the radio programming undertaking, CJLS Yarmouth, Nova Scotia and its transmitters CJLS -FM Barrington and CJLS -FM -1 New Tusket, Nova Scotia. The control of Radio CJLS is presently equally held by Christopher Perry, Ray Zinck and Gerard Boudreau with each holding 1,700 common shares.

3.

Upon the retirement of Gerard Boudreau, Christopher Perry and Ray Zinck would each purchase 850 common shares from Mr. Boudreau.

4.

Following the proposed transaction, Christopher Perry and Ray Zinck would be the only two shareholders in Radio CJLS. Each would hold 50% of all the common shares.

5.

The Commission approves the application for a shareholder change in Radio CJLS.

6.

The Commission will modify its ownership records accordingly.
