Licence amendment for the terrestrial and the direct-to-home pay-per-view services

1.

The Commission approves the application by Bell ExpressVu Inc., the general partner, and BCE Inc. and 4119649 Canada Inc. (partners in BCE Holding G.P.), the limited partners, carrying on business as Bell ExpressVu Limited Partnership, to amend the licences of the terrestrial and the direct-to-home pay-per-view (PPV) services by adding the following condition of licence:

The licensee shall adhere to the requirements of section D.3 (Adult Programming) and those parts of section E.2 (PPV and VOD Services) pertaining specifically to the scheduling of trailers that promote adult programming on barker channels, as indicated in Industry code of programming standards and practices governing pay, pay-per-view and video-on-demand services, Broadcasting Public Notice CRTC 2003-10, 6 March 2003.
