Revocation of licence

1.

Northern Settlement of Descharme Lake has requested the revocation of its licence for the cable distribution undertaking authorized to serve Descharme Lake.

2.

Given the licensee's request, the Commission revokes, pursuant to sections 9(1)(e) and 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the broadcasting licence issued to Northern Settlement of Descharme Lake for the above-mentioned undertaking.
