Revocation of licence

1.

Rogers (Alberta) Ltd. has requested the revocation of its licence for the English-language radio network authorized to broadcast the hockey games of the Calgary Flames.

2.

Given the licensee's request, the Commission revokes, pursuant to sections 9(1)(e) and 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the broadcasting licence issued to Rogers (Alberta) Ltd. for the above-mentioned radio network.
