Proposed exemption orders

Amendment to proposed exemption order for very low-power FM radio warning systems

1.

In Broadcasting Public Notice CRTC 2002-80 (Public Notice 2002-80), the Commission has called for comments on proposed exemption orders pertaining to four classes of low-power radio and low-power television undertakings.

The Commission amends item 3 of the proposed exemption order for very low-power FM radio warning systems, which should have read:

The undertaking operates with an effective radiated power of 10 watts or less.

The deadline for the submission of comments on the proposed exemptions set out in the appendix to Public Notice 2002-80 is Tuesday, 18 February 2003.
