In addition, the licensee proposes that the sum of the programming drawn from category 7 would include a limitation that such programming not exceed more than 10% of total programming on TechTV Canada. |

The licensee states that this change is required as a result of interference from a new U.S. television station operating on channel 49 across the border in the Sault Ste. Marie area. |
