Application by the CANADIAN BROADCASTING CORPORATION, on behalf of 3899071 Canada Inc., to amend the licence of the Category 1 nationaldigital specialty television programming service known as Country Canada. |

The licensee proposes to add conditions of licence relating to the keeping of separate accounts as of 31 August 2004: |

2003-2004: from a minimum of 55% to a minimum of 70% Canadian content. |
|
2004-2005: from a minimum of 55% to a minimum of 75% Canadian content. |
|
2005-2006: from a minimum of 60% to a minimum of 75% Canadian content. |
|
2006-2007: from a minimum of 60% to a minimum of 80% Canadian content. |
|
This application is a result of application 2002-0647-6 by Corus Entertainment Inc., submitted on behalf of 3899071 Canada Inc., to transfer its shares in Country Canada to the CBC. |

Application 2002-0647-6 is approved in Decision CRTC 2002-336 dated 24 October 2002. |
