The transmitter will operate on frequency 89.3 MHz (channel 207A) with an effective radiated power of 500 watts.

The licensee proposes to increase the effective radiated power from 14,000 to 29,300 watts and to relocate its transmitter to a new site located approximately 13 km southeast from the present site.

 

The licensee wishes to increase the quality of the signal of the station for all residents of the city of Kawartha Lakes.

 

The coverage contours of the station will change significantly as a result of the proposed changes.
