The licensee proposes to add a condition of licence substituting the requirements in subsections 17(1)(i) and (j) and subsections 18(11.1)(c) and (d), 18(11.2) and 33.3(1) of the Broadcasting Distribution Regulations with the requirement that SaskTel distribute the English and French language versions of the House of Commons programming service as part of the basic service. |
