The licensee proposes to add an FMtransmitter atRed Deer to broadcast the programming of CBR-FM, to adequately serve the population of Red Deer. |

The transmitter will operate on frequency 99.9 MHz (channel 260 B) with an effective radiated power of 46,300 watts. |
|
This transmitter will provide the Red Deer area with the CBC's Radio Two service. |
