Promotion to waive service charges for voice mail service

The Commission approves a request by Thunder Bay Telephone to allow all customers currently equipped with Touch-Tone to subscribe without service charge to Voice Mail - Personal Services, from 2 March 2002 to 28 February 2003.

During this promotion, customers not equipped with Touch-Tone will be allowed to upgrade their service to Touch-Tone with no service connection charge.

Thunder Bay Telephone filed the application on 30 January 2002 to revise sections TB50 and TB490 of its General Tariff.
