The Commission approves a request by Bell Canada for a custom-designed arrangement providing for a 128 Kbps digital facility between Ste-Rosalie (Téléphone Guèvremont inc.) and St-Hyacinthe (Bell Canada), Quebec. |

Bell Canada filed the application on 10 January 2002 to add item D29(d) to its Special Facilities Tariff. |

The revisions take effect as of the date of this order. |
