TELUS Communications Inc.

Reference: TCBC tariff notices 4135 and 4135A

Co-location of customer-provided equipment

The Commission approves TELUS Communications Inc.'s (TCI's) request to provide space and power for customer-provided equipment in a TELUS Communications (B.C.) Inc. (TCBC) central office and the Special Assembly Central Office License Agreement (British Columbia/Alberta).

TCI filed the application on 16 March 2001 and amended it on 27 April 2001 to revise item 283 L-4 of TCBC's Special Assembly Tariff.

The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.
