Elimination of two-party line service

The Commission approves Quadro's request to eliminate two-party line service for residential customers, and to upgrade all those lines to private lines at no charge to the customers until the upgrade is completed.

Quadro filed the application on 21 December 2001 to revise section 100 of its General Tariff.

The revisions take effect as of 6 February 2002.
