Elimination of two-party line service |

The Commission approves Quadro's request to eliminate two-party line service for residential customers, and to upgrade all those lines to private lines at no charge to the customers until the upgrade is completed. |

Quadro filed the application on 21 December 2001 to revise section 100 of its General Tariff. |
|
The revisions take effect as of 6 February 2002. |
