Promotion to waive service charges for the installation of digital network access |

The Commission received an application by Bell Canada, dated 13 November 2002, to revise National Services Tariff item 301, Digital Network Access (DNA), and General Tariff item 5201, Megalink Service, in order to introduce a promotion from 3 January 2003 to 3 June 2003. |

During the promotional period, Bell Canada proposed to waive the service charges associated with the installation of DNA at DS-0, 112.0/128.0 Kbps, DS-1 and DS-3 speeds, when the customer is subscribing to the access to connect to Megalink Service, Digital Private Line Service, Managed Digital Private Line Service and Frame Relay Service. |

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |

The Commission approves Bell Canada's application. The revisions take effect as of 3 January 2003. |
