Residential network exchange and advanced services

The Commission approves Aliant Telecom's request to extend to 1 May 2002 its promotion for customers in Nova Scotia who subscribe to the company's residential network exchange and advanced services offer, for a minimum of four months. Service connection charges will not apply to those customers and they will receive a credit equal to the price of one month's network exchange service.

Aliant Telecom filed the application on 10 January 2002 to revise item 604 of APTC's Regional Services Tariff.

The revisions take effect as of 1 February 2002.
