Telecom Order CRTC 2002-459

Ottawa, 10 December 2002

TELUS Communications Inc.

Reference: Tariff Notice 67

Not sufficient funds cheque charge

The Commission received an application by TELUS Communications Inc. (TCI), dated 4 October 2002, to transfer to TCI General Tariff item 125, Not Sufficient Funds (NSF) Cheque Charge, the former TCI General Tariff item 105 and the former TELUS Communications (B.C.) Inc. General Tariff item 20.

In its application, TCI proposed to align the wording of the conditions of service of each of the tariffs while maintaining the existing rates in Alberta and British Columbia.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

The Commission considers that the proposed changes in wording have no effect on the conditions of the service.

The Commission approves TCI's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.
