Promotion to waive service charges for business voice messaging services |

The Commission received an application by Aliant Telecom Inc. (Aliant Telecom), dated 11 October 2002 and amended on 18 October 2002, to add item 903, Business Voice Messaging Services, to its General Tariff in order to offer a promotion between 15 November 2002 and 20 December 2002. |

Aliant Telecom proposed that during the promotional period, business service customers who are new subscribers to one or more eligible services would pay no service charge if they sign up for a 12-month period. |

The services that are eligible for the promotion are: |

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |
5. |
The Commission approves Aliant Telecom's application. |
6. |
Aliant Telecom is to issue revised tariff pages forthwith reflecting this decision effective on the date of issuance. |
