Winback promotion |

The Commission received an application by Bell Canada, dated 22 October 2002, to revise General Tariff item 70.2, Rate Schedules for Primary Exchange (Local) Service, in order to introduce a promotion to win back business customers from 21 November 2002 to 30 April 2003. |

In its application, Bell Canada proposed to waive the service connection charge associated with the installation of business individual line service for customers located in exchange rate bands A, B, C and D who return to Bell Canada from an alternate provider of local exchange services. |

3. |
The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |
|
4. |
The Commission approves Bell Canada's application. |
|
5. |
Bell Canada is to issue revised tariff pages forthwith reflecting this decision effective on the date of issuance. |
