Tuckersmith Communications Co-operative Limited

Reference: Tariff Notice 19

Seasonal service option

1.

The Commission received an application by Tuckersmith Communications Co-operative Limited (Tuckersmith), dated 9 October 2002, to revise item 6, Seasonal Service Option, under section 100 of its General Tariff, in order to extend the maximum period of disconnection for customers choosing the seasonal disconnection option from four months to six months.

2.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

3.

The Commission approves Tuckersmith's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.

4.

Tuckersmith is to issue a revised tariff page forthwith to reflect this change.
