Bell Canada

Reference: Tariff Notices 6672 and 6672A

Three element gas tube circuit overload protectors


The Commission received an application by Bell Canada, dated 13 May 2002 and amended on 24 May 2002, in order to withdraw item F33(a), 3 Element Gas Tube Circuit Overload Protectors, from its Special Facilities Tariff.


In its application, Bell Canada noted that the Commission granted forbearance for terminal equipment in Review of regulatory framework, Telecom Decision CRTC 94-19, 16 September 1994.


The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.


The Commission approves Bell Canada's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.
