Digital network access and competitor digital network access services |

The Commission received an application by Saskatchewan Telecommunications (SaskTel), dated 13 September 2002, to revise its General Tariff - Basic Services item 110.44, Digital Network Access (DNA), and Competitor Access Tariff item 650.28, Competitor Digital Network Access Service, in order to identify the DNA rate band to which each wire centre or exchange is assigned. |

In its application, SaskTel noted that the proposed revisions were submitted in accordance with the Commission's directive in paragraphs 247 and 248 of Regulatory framework for second price cap period, Telecom Decision CRTC 2002-34, 30 May 2002. |

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |

The Commission approves SaskTel's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order. |
