Community calling plan service |

The Commission received an application by Aliant Telecom Inc. (Aliant Telecom), dated 1 October 2002, to revise NewTel Communications Inc.'s (NewTel) General Tariff item 50, Exchange Service, in order to introduce, through its Community Calling Plan (CCP) service, toll-free calling between the Newfoundland and Labrador exchanges of Grey River and Burgeo and, between the exchanges of Grey River and Ramea. |

The Commission notes that the proposed CCP routes comply with the approved CCP criteria identified in NewTel's General Tariff item 50.16(b). |

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |

The Commission approves Aliant Telecom's application. The revisions take effect as of 20 November 2002. |
