Aliant Telecom Inc.

Reference: Tariff Notice 45

Telpak, Teleroute and Multicom services


The Commission received an application by Aliant Telecom Inc. (Aliant Telecom), dated 20 September 2002, to remove the following tariff items:

- Island Telecom Inc. General Tariff item 1470, Telpak Service;
- Maritime Tel & Tel Limited General Tariff items 4130, Multicom Service; 2900, Telpak Service; and 3060, Teleroute 200 Service.


Aliant Telecom submitted that these services were being withdrawn since they were no longer required and there were no customers for these services.


The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.


The Commission approves Aliant Telecom's application. The revisions take effect as of the date if this order.
