Wireless service provider enhanced provincial 9-1-1 network access service agreement

1.

The Commission received an application by TELUS Communications Inc. (TCI), dated 19 August 2002, for approval of the executed Wireless Service Provider Enhanced Provincial 9-1-1 Network Access Service Agreement (the agreement) between TCI and TELE-MOBILE COMPANY carrying on business as TELUS Mobility.

The agreement sets out the terms and conditions for the provision of interconnection facilities and termination service between the networks of TCI and TELE-MOBILE COMPANY.

3.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

4.

The Commission approves TCI's application.
